Surface finishes
Anti-impact system.
Galvanised steel with phosphate pre-treatment, anti-grease treatment, thermoplastic coating and oven-baked lacquer at 200°C, certified to QUALISTEELCOAT standards, in standard RAL colours. Our structures undergo a special treatment that provides protection at their weakest points to prevent rust and corrosion that may occur over the structure’s lifetime.
Structure
Manufactured from carbon steel, subsequently galvanised and finished with RAL-coloured powder-coated paint using a powder coating process, followed by heat treatment at 200°C, and subjected to a cleaning and degreasing process after handling.
The various components making up the structure are joined by weld overlay.
Handrails and vertical posts are made from steel tubing with a standard profile of 80x40mm; the skirting is 80x40mm. Anchor plates measure 150x100x10 mm.
COMPOSITION
A 1-metre-high perimeter fence.
2 vandal-proof goals to be integrated into the court’s metal structure.
2 vandal-proof basketball backboards with solid rims and reinforced nets.
2 3-metre-high backboards surrounding the goals.
ENCLOSURE
Enclosure for the multi-sports court constructed from Tramex metal panels measuring 2000×1000 mm, galvanised and finished with RAL paint, offering high resistance to fire and impact, flexibility, high wear resistance, excellent noise insulation, zero water absorption and high dimensional stability.
